Shipping & Returns
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you need to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If product was damaged in transit, or at drop off please make note of any details you can. Also if photos can be taken immediately if or when a defect is discovered, it can be extremely helpful in quickly expediting any claim. We sell a lot of packaging and although product complaints are rare, they do happen from time to time and when they do we work as hard as we can to help correct the problem. Thank you.
